Profile
Mr. Lahmy is an associate in FBC's Competition & Antitrust Department, where he provides legal counsel to public and private companies with respect to diverse competition and antitrust matters, including restrictive arrangements and cases involving monopolies and abusive business practices. Mr. Lahmy also represents companies in complex civil lawsuits, including class actions, and in proceedings before the Antitrust Tribunal and the Israel Antitrust Authority.
During his studies, Mr. Lahmy served as a research assistant and as a teaching assistant at the Haifa University Faculty of Law. In addition, Mr. Lahmy served as a member of the editorial board of the Haifa University Law Review.
