Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Jiawei He served as the Chief Strategic Partner and a member of the Executive Committee of a rapidly growing Chinese law firm, where he was responsible for the implementation of the firm's development strategy. Mr. He primarily focused on brand enhancement, market expansion, partner recruitment, internal training, and knowledge management. Mr. He previously served as Vice President at a legal media and training company and also worked at the Shanghai Representative Office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, the "Program on International Law and Armed Conflict" at Harvard Law School, and the Office of Legal Affairs at the UN Headquarters in New York.
