Michael Lambert is an associate in the firm’s Tax Practice Group. He advises clients, including partnerships, corporations, and individuals, on a wide range of federal and state tax matters.

Before practicing law, he was a senior associate at KPMG, where he prepared tax due diligence reports for acquisitions involving C-corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships on behalf of both strategic corporate buyers and private equity firms. His prior business experience provides a distinct advantage in advising clients on complex tax issues, particularly those related to mergers and acquisitions.
