In addition, Mr. Fisher has extensive experience in representing financial institutions and financial services companies, including commercial banks, residential lenders, sub-prime lenders, credit card issuers, and investment banks. Mr. Fisher's areas of emphasis include, construction finance and defect litigation, creditors' rights and fair debt collection practices, and employment disputes.
