Profile
Michal‚ Wardynski is the managing partner and co-head of the firm's real estate and construction practice as well as the defence practice.
He handles civil law, real estate law (property and contract), judicial and administrative proceedings (particularly involving real estate and dispute resolution), judicial enforcement of debts, as well as commercial law. He has taken part in setting up a range of companies and acted as a management board member and liquidator.
He has extensive knowledge and practical experience in assisting Polish and foreign clients, having taken part in various transactions involving the transfer of rights to real estate, property development and financing projects. He is experienced in construction and infrastructure projects with the participation of public and private entities. He has also taken part in setting up international consortia and participated in domestic and international public tenders.
He has worked at Wardynski & Partners since 2006.
