Mrs. Shivek is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department and her practice concentrates on communication regulations and administrative law, including representation of communication companies in a wide range of matters involving both commercial and regulatory issues. In addition, Mrs. Shivek represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings and litigation.



From 2002 until 2004, Mrs. Shivek served as the in-house counsel to Barak I.T.C. Ltd. From 1997 until 2000, Mrs. Shivek served as a senior assistant to the Legal Advisor of the Israeli Securities Authority. In her position at the Israeli Securities Authority, Mrs. Shivek examined prospectuses for public offerings and other reports published by public companies (i.e., private offerings, tender offers, transactions with related parties), and drafted and commented on proposed legislation in the areas of securities law and corporate law.
