Mrs. Bar-Zik is an associate in FBC's Litigation Department where she specializes in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration. She has extensive experience in regular & large-scale litigation cases in various fields of law, including commercial and civil law cases, shareholders' disputes, contractual disputes, derivative suits, and administrative litigation.



Mrs. Bar-Zik also specializes in insolvency law, including corporate rehabilitation and reorganization, creditor arrangements, "freezing" insolvency proceedings, receivership and liquidation.



Prior to joining FBC, Mrs. Bar-Zik was an associate at a leading Tel Aviv law firm, specializing in commercial litigation and insolvency.



Mrs. Bar-Zik serves as a vice chairman of the liqudation & receivership Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
