Profile

Megan Peccarelli is a member of the Intellectual Property Group with a focus on trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and trademark litigation. She represents clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts and agencies, including matters before the USPTO, in investigations, discovery, mediation and, when necessary, trial. Before joining the firm, Megan managed an extensive worldwide trademark portfolio and all ensuing trademark litigation in the U.S. and abroad for a market leader in the motorcycle industry.
