Megan is a Principal Associate based in the Glasgow office with over 14 years experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions acting for landowners, investors, lenders, developers, landlords and tenants alike. 

Megan has a depth of experience in buying and selling investment properties and acting for both landowners and developers in a range of commercial property development including office, industrial, retail and residential properties, as well as a spectrum of energy and strategic land projects. She is also part of the real estate finance team working closely with other teams to facilitate financing and reorganisation arrangements of both lenders and borrowers. 

Megan has a particular interest in renewables and has acted for landowners, developers and lenders in connection with wind, battery, solar and nuclear projects. Her expertise in this area is supported by a strong strategic land background, including associated funding arrangements.
