As an employment lawyer with a focus on litigation and appellate work, I'm passionate about helping businesses navigate the complexity of the law and stay up to date on the latest policies and procedures.Prior to joining Schwabe, I worked as a judicial law clerk to Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Armistead and the Honorable Magistrate Judge John V. Acosta in Portland, where I worked on complex civil litigation disputes. While in law school, I served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Mark D. Clarke at the U.S. District Court in Medford and for Justice Rebecca Duncan of the Oregon Supreme Court.Before law school, I spent a year living and studying in Giessen, Germany, as part of the U.S. Department of State's Fulbright Program.
