Profile

Max has a taxation practice advising clients on a range of issues. He provides guidance on income and sales tax matters in connection with private equity funds and a range of commercial transactions, tax compliance for both commercial and non-commercial organizations, and regularly advises on pension fund investment structuring and taxation. His practice also includes personal tax and estate planning, as well as issues related to the British Columbia property transfer tax and sales tax.

In addition to his tax work, Max maintains a general corporate and commercial practice. He has experience with share and asset acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other corporate proceedings.

Max has completed all three parts of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program.
