Matthew Jasilli is a Special Counsel in the Firm's Denver office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Matt represents sophisticated clients in complex litigation and arbitration across a range of industries. Matt's diverse litigation practice covers trial and appellate matters involving commercial contract disputes, products liability, and employment claims (including contract claims, trade secrets, wrongful termination, and discrimination/retaliation claims), among other complex issues. Prior to joining Buchalter, Matt worked for three prominent law firms, clerked in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and interned in the Southern District of New York.
