Matteo Berti is an attorney at law in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. His preferred practice areas include contract law, corporate and commercial law as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is also active in litigation and judicial law, and represents domestic and international clients in civil, criminal or administrative proceedings.

Matteo Berti completed his bilingual studies at the Universities of Lausanne and Zurich, where he obtained a Bachelor of Law (BLaw, 2017) and a Master of Law (MLaw, 2020), both with honours. He then completed his legal traineeship in a leading Swiss law firm and was admitted to the Bar in 2023, prior to joining Walder Wyss.

Matteo Berti works in French, English, German and Italian. He is registered with the Vaud Bar Registry and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
