As an in-house senior lawyer for one of the largest financial institutions in the market, Mateusz has advised numerous Polish and foreign financial institutions and clients on financial market transactions and their daily legal, regulatory and compliance issues. Mateusz has also in-depth knowledge of the activity of financial institutions.

Supervision of numerous lawsuits related to banking products (was a member of the legal team that won the first ever Supreme Court judgment confirming the validity of the NDF transaction in Poland).
