Although he is a litigator by trade, a substantial portion of his practice is dedicated to helping organizations ­— most often those operating in the cannabis, defense, government contracting, and healthcare sectors — navigate complex and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Mason regularly advises company leadership on compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies designed to prevent disputes before they arise. He works closely with clients to evaluate regulatory vulnerabilities, respond to agency inquiries, and build proactive safeguards suited to their specific operational environment.
