Marta López-Brea Prous is a principal associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law department. She has spent her entire career at Garrigues and is an expert in securities market law, and banking and financial law.

She has broad experience in securitization, a practice she has specialized in since 1997, as well as in a wide range of structured transactions (structured bonds, financial derivatives, project finance, project bonds, corporate finance) and other banking transactions.
