Marta Guerrero is a principal associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning, and Environmental department.

She has extensive experience in advising the public and private sector on a wide range of administrative proceedings (e.g. administrative proceedings and penalty proceedings before various bodies, including the Spanish Medicinal Products and Medical Devices Agency, the Spanish Air Safety Agency, and the Spanish Accounting and Audit Institute) and judicial review proceedings involving legal/administrative matters (e.g. consumption, regulated industries, account audits, planning and healthcare). Of particular note is her experience in all aspects of public procurement (e.g. special appeals and the preparation and drafting of terms of reference), in due diligence reviews and in the establishment of new planning developments.

Marta Guerrero is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. She lectures on the Labor Law Master's Degree at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and on the Executive Master's Degree in Business Law in conjunction with Harvard Law School. She is a regular speaker at courses organized by the Madrid Professional Association of Industrial Engineers.
