Apart from his extensive involvement in transactional and general corporate work, Marjan regularly advises clients on complex multi jurisdictional compliance matters. He has in-depth knowledge of specific industries, including healthcare & pharmaceuticals, IT and aviation. He heads the firm's anti-corruption practice and advises clients on sensitive compliance matters and anti-corruption investigations.
