Mario is an international tax and transfer pricing expert with particular experience on planning projects, dispute resolution and litigation. He collaborates with several multinational companies, headquartered in Italy or abroad, dealing in particular with international tax planning, value chain restructuring, inter-company transactions on intangible assets, cost sharing agreements and transfer pricing litigations.

Mario has a Ph.D. in international business law from Bocconi University and an LLM in European Business Law.

He regularly lectures at the Master of Tax Law and at the International Tax Law course at the Faculties of Law and Economics of the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. He also cooperates frequently with SDA Bocconi on  transfer pricing courses and seminars matters.

He is also the author of various articles on transfer pricing in Italian and foreign specialised magazines such as "Milano Finanza", "BNA Transfer Pricing", "BNA Tax Planning" and "International tax magazine".

He is a member of the Italian Bar.

He speaks Italian and English.
