Marina Lorente is a senior associate in the restructuring and ins?olvency practice. She is a member of the following industry groups: tourism & hotels, fashion law and corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.

Coming from the Litigation and Arbitration department, she has a wealth of experience in business restructurings and debt refinancing. She specializes in insolvency proceedings, having taken part in a number of high-profile cases in Spain, and also advises creditors on the recovery of their claims, not only in the in-court phase but also in the pre-insolvency phase. In addition, she has considerable expertise in directors' liability and claw-back actions in the insolvency field.

Committed to internal training in the restructuring and insolvency practice area, she is in charge of technical sessions across Spain and regularly lectures at Escuela de Asociados de Garrigues. She is an occasional lecturer on the Master's Degree for access to the legal profession at Universidad Carlos III, as well as on the Master's Degree in Employment Law Counseling and the Executive Master's Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
