Marianne is a member of the Business Law team. She has developed a practice focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and commercial leasing.

Professional Career
Marianne completed the cooperative Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) program and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Sherbrooke.
She joined the Lavery team in the winter of 2023 as a bar intern.
While pursuing her studies, Marianne volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. She also completed a co-op internship at a large cloud computing solutions company, where she was able to consolidate and apply her business administration skills. During her final semester of her bachelor's degree in law, she completed a clinical placement with the Quebec Superior Court.
