Associate
Marianne Duboy is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She practices civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of non-competition and construction law. As part of her practice, Ms. Duboy regularly represents clients before various courts, including the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal.

Her practice notably includes:
- extraordinary remedies, including injunctions and safeguard orders;
- assisting entrepreneurs under the process set out in the Regulation respecting payment and the rapid settlement of disputes in public construction contracts;
- contract review and analysis.
Me Duboy brings a rigorous and pragmatic approach to advancing her clients' interests and supporting them at every stage of their matters, both in dispute prevention and in contentious contexts.
Me. Duboy joined Lavery as a student in 2021. She completed her bachelor's degree in law at Laval University, where she volunteered as a research assistant at the university's legal information office and worked as a research assistant.
