She has extensive experience in advising both the public and private sector on all types of matters relating to administrative and constitutional law, with particular expertise in providing advice on gaming matters, account auditing, public procurement and consumption, and on administrative proceedings (administrative appeals, penalty proceedings, etc.), as well as acting as legal counsel in judicial review proceedings. She is also experienced in conducting legal reviews in sectors subject to administrative oversight and in preparing draft legislation at national and regional level.

She has lectured at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and IIR and speaks at conferences and seminars on public law organized by specialist centers and organizations.

Mariana Samaniego is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
