She has extensive experience in providing legal advice in relation to civil and commercial disputes and pre-litigation matters covering a wide range of issues and regularly acts as legal counsel defending our clients' interests in court, as well as in insolvency proceedings in defense of both debtors and creditors, both at the pre-insolvency stage and in the insolvency proceeding itself. She has also participated in the assessment section of insolvency proceedings and in processes for the purchase of production units of distressed companies.

She provides ongoing advice on inheritance law, particularly as regards asset planning for individuals, family businesses and non-profit entities. She also advises business owners and senior managers on asset planning under civil law in cases of death or sudden incapacity, in relation to prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and on the preparation of family protocols.

She is an assistant lecturer on the Joint Degree in Law and Global Governance at ESADE.
