Paola Aguilar Couttolenc is an associate in the law practices areas of corporate governance/ corporate responsibility/ data protection and commercial contracting.
She has extensive experience in cases of mergers, contracts/agreements and compliance programs.
Furthermore, she regularly advises on regulatory, corporate and personal data protection matters in the main M&A and internal restructuring operations carried out by various national and international entities.
Paola has assisted several clients on labor matters, including drafting of documents, due diligence reviews and analysis on labor and data privacy regulations.
Prior to joining Garrigues, Paola was part of the teams of DLA Piper México, S.C., De Rosenzweig & De Rosenzweig and Creel Abogados, S.C.
