María Luque is a senior associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

She has participated in numerous transactions relating to company acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, commercial contracts of all kinds, at both domestic and international level, as well as in legal due diligence processes in the corporate law and commercial contracts area.

In addition, she provides recurring corporate law and contract law advice to major companies from a broad range of industries.

She is a lecturer in the Business Law Seminar of the Garrigues Chair at the University of Zaragoza in the area of Commercial Law (corporate and contractual).
