Profile
María González Salas is a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department, in the Malaga office, specialized in commercial contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.
She has extensive experience in the formation, transformation, merger, spin-off, acquisition and dissolution of companies and has participated in numerous corporate restructuring transactions. She also has broad experience in providing corporate advice to companies in a wide range of industries. María has also participated in the negotiation of commercial contracts, at both domestic and international level. In the field of real estate law, she provides ongoing advice to companies in the industry and has participated in transfers and acquisitions of properties.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
