Profile
María Elena is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice. She has extensive expertise advising local and international clients in financing transactions, and, in particular, financial institutions in syndicated project financing, project financing and refinancings. In addition, she provides recurring commercial law advice, including both corporate and contractual aspects.
During 2019, María Elena was seconded at Garrigues' New York office where she additionally participated in the commercial side life of the office.
María Elena is member of the Madrid Bar Association.
Education
Double degree in Law and Business and Management Administration by the University of Navarra (2007-2013). Fall Semester at Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, Canada) in 2009 and Fall Semester at University of Southern California (LA, USA) in 2011.
