María Eduarda Logo is an Associate at BLP's office in Nicaragua. She specializes in Business Law, providing comprehensive legal counsel to national and international clients on matters related to the structure, organization, and operation of their companies. She has extensive experience in commercial contracts, including the negotiation, drafting, and review of distribution, supply, service, lease, confidentiality, and other commercial agreements. María Eduarda also has experience in Corporate Credit, advising and providing legal certainty to financial institutions and companies on credit and financing matters. Her practice further includes advising on the incorporation, reorganization, merger, acquisition, and dissolution of companies, as well as on compliance with corporate and regulatory obligations before the relevant authorities. She joined BLP in 2025 as an Associate.
