Marcus-Adam Tuck (Marcus) is a Principal Associate in the Shoosmiths Corporate division, with over a decade of experience advising clients on complex corporate transactions. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, growth and venture capital, group reorganisations and corporate governance.

Marcus acts for a broad range of clients, including listed and large private corporates, PE-backed platforms, growth-stage businesses, funds and institutional investors. He has a particular focus on high-value cross-border transactions (regularly advising on UK inbound M&A) and buy-and-build processes.  He also brings deep sector expertise in Financial Services and Energy & Infrastructure, having led on numerous strategic transactions in these areas.

Marcus completed the LPC with distinction at Nottingham Law School. He joined Shoosmiths LLP in July 2018.
