Manuel Gómez is a senior associate in the Commercial Law practice in the Madrid office.

He has advised both national and international clients and groups from different sectors in numerous business transactions, advising on the negotiation and formalization of sale and purchase contracts, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, legal due diligences, and corporate reorganization transactions in general, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from different jurisdictions within these processes.

He also provides advice on Corporate Governance to some of the main listed companies in Spain.

In addition, he provides recurrent advice on corporate and commercial contracting matters to Spanish companies and international groups with a presence in Spain, holding the office of non-director deputy secretary of the board of directors in various companies.

From March 2017 to February 2018 he worked in Garrigues' London office.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
