Maite Aizpiri Etxeberria is a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law practice area.
She specializes in corporate and commercial law, particularly in advising on corporate restructuring transactions (mergers, spin-offs, etc.), acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts in both the domestic and international arenas.
She has participated in both business sale transactions and business reorganizations, in addition to providing corporate law advice on an ongoing basis to corporate groups.
