She has experience drafting legal reports, responding to queries, and evaluating contingencies involving labor law matters at both individual and collective level, as well as occupational health and safety. She also has experience in the implementation of policies and analysis of personnel hiring systems in accordance with Peruvian labor law, and in the provision of assistance in judicial proceedings relating to labor law matters and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Oversight Authority (SUNAFIL) and the Ministry of Labor and for the Promotion of Employment (MTPE).
