Magda Nunes is a principal associate in the Labor department

Counts over 15 years of experience advising multinational companies in employment and social security matters, including hires, individual and collective negotiations, outsourcing agreements, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary proceedings, lay-off procedures, labor inspections' assistance, procedures of displacement or occasional assignment of employees, restructuring and labor due diligences, insolvency proceedings and their impact on employees, professional training at the companies regarding different labor matters. She has also extensive experience in labor litigation area as well as in administrative proceedings before the Social Security and Labor Authorities.

She is member of the AJJ - Associação de Jovens Juslaboralistas.
