Magda Agustí Morell is a senior associate in the Tax practice area of Garrigues.

She has considerable experience in the provision of advisory services to companies and businesses pertaining to sectors in which VAT is of particular significance in view of its cost, such as the financial services sector, insurance, real estate, gaming, health and foundations. Specifically, she has been advising different corporate groups since 2008 on the application of the VAT consolidation regime.

She also regularly advises a large number of the clients of Garrigues' Barcelona office on indirect tax matters, particularly in relation to international transactions of a commercial nature, real estate transactions, or agreements with the public sector.

She is a member of the Association of Economists of Cataluña.
