Aiding commercial real estate clients in diverse matters

Madi Barbee represents clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate across a broad range of property types. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and related real estate documents. Madi also oversees the due diligence process and coordinates all aspects of closing transactions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for her clients.

Prior to attending law school, Madi worked as a financial analyst for a multinational financial services company, where she structured and underwrote loans for corporate clients, gaining valuable insight into the financial aspects of complex transactions.
