Lukas Moser is an associate in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology and Intellectual Property Team. His preferred areas of practice include antitrust and competition law as well as public and administrative law.
Lukas Moser was educated at the University of Bern (BLaw 2019, MLaw 2023) and the University of Bologna (exchange semester 2023). Before joining Walder Wyss as a lawyer, he worked as a substitute at Walder Wyss in Bern and Zurich, and completed a legal internship as a junior law clerk at the Regional Court of Bern-Mittelland, Criminal Division. He was admitted to the bar in 2026. Lukas Moser's professional languages are German and English. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to represent clients in all Swiss Courts.
