Profile
Luis Vallarino is a Partner and co-leads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & ADR, and Administrative Law practice areas at Morgan & Morgan. He also plays a key role in the Constitutional Law & Human Rights Defense practice.
He is widely recognized for handling complex cases across various sectors, including government, commercial and civil contracts, regulatory law, energy, ports, mining, banking, media, technology, telecommunications, transportation, and hospitality. His client portfolio includes private companies, banking and financial institutions, as well as multinational corporations operating in Panama.
With over 25 years of experience, Luis has represented clients in all types of litigation under Panamanian law before Civil, Administrative, and Criminal Courts, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings.
Beyond his professional practice, he is actively involved in pro bono initiatives, advising NGOs such as the Banco de Alimentos (a member of The Global Food Banking Network), where he also serves on the Board of Directors, demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility and community development.
