Luis Carlos Del Moral is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department at Garrigues's Barcelona office, where he has worked since 2008.

He specializes in legal defense and case management in civil and corporate/commercial litigation before the courts. In particular, he specializes in litigation involving civil and corporate/commercial contracts (e.g. distribution, agency, franchise, banking agreements and insurance), unfair competition, corporate disputes, company sale and purchases, non-contractual liability, directors' liability, real estate and construction law, to name but a few.

He also provides recurring advice on insolvency proceedings, from both creditor and debtor perspectives, taking in both the pre-insolvency phase and the insolvency proceedings themselves. Further, he has handled assessment sections in insolvency proceedings and in processes to purchase production units of companies subject to insolvency.

He lectures on the ESADE degree course, specifically the case study for the "Final Coursework" subject.
