Having more than 16 years' working experience, Ms. Luo has a diversified clients' pool, covering the industries of real estate, value added telecommunication, theme park, mining, banking, chemical, pharmaceuticals, trading, consulting, advertisement, electric power and automobile.

Prior to Garrigues Shanghai Office, she worked for Zhonglun, a top tier PRC law firm as a senior associate and eBay Inc., a US internet giant, as a corporate counsel

Lucy holds National Certificate of Qualification for Legal Practice, National Certificate of Qualification for in-house legal counsel and National Certificate of Qualification for Fund Management of the PRC.
