She has extensive experience in analyzing, implementing and documenting transfer pricing policies and in advising multinational groups on operational restructuring processes.

She also provides assistance in proceedings before the tax authorities such as inspections involving related-party transactions and mutual agreement procedures to resolve double taxation situations arising from transfer pricing adjustments, as well as in negotiations of advance pricing agreements with the tax authorities.

In addition, Lucía has experience in performing valuations for tax purposes of companies, intangible assets and financial instruments and in evaluating transfer pricing structures in due diligence and audit processes.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
