Lucas Davidson is a Senior Counsel in the firm's Nashville and Los Angeles offices, with a broad range of legal experience across Tennessee and California. His practice encompasses litigation, real estate, corporate, construction, and commercial matters, representing a diverse clientele that includes corporations, national retailers, restaurants, public companies, and individuals.

Lucas often acts as outside general counsel for his clients, providing strategic oversight and comprehensive legal solutions that ensure they are well-protected across various aspects of their business. His litigation expertise includes handling real estate disputes, corporate conflicts, construction-related litigation, complex commercial matters, as well as intellectual property (IP) matters and trade secrets.
