Louise is an Associate in the Corporate team, having trained at Shoosmiths.

She advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including Venture Capital, Private Equity, and M&A, across diverse industries. Louise is known for her collaborative approach and her ability to build strong, professional relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

In addition to her transactional work, Louise is actively involved in the firm’s charity, social mobility, and Balance committees and demonstrates a measured and inclusive approach to her professional and committee responsibilities.

Louise graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Liverpool in 2023 prior to joining Shoosmiths and completed her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
