Profile
Lissy specializes in administrative law, with extensive experience in providing legal advice on the development and execution of infrastructure projects, public procurement, as well as on matters related to the construction industry.
Before joining Garrigues, Lissy was part of the legal department of Graña y Montero group (2014-2017), where was in charge as Contract Manager of the Project "Mejoramiento y ampliación de la capacidad de respuesta en el tratamiento ambulatorio del cáncer en el INEN".
Lissy is member of the Peruvian Society of Construction Law.
