Profile
Lino is a senior associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning and Environmental Law Department, which he joined in 2013.
He has extensive experience in advising the public and private sectors in all fields of Public Law. Of special note is his experience in zoning, public procurement, environmental law, consumer affairs, financial liability claims and administrative law proceedings.
He has provided advice in judicial review proceedings and has participated in numerous audits and in the preparation of legal reports in a wide range of industries, including, mining, medicinal products, health products and cosmetics, transport, REACH, real estate, hospitals, shopping centers, retail, tourism and hotels.
Lino is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

LL.M. in International Transactions from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, in collaboration with Fordham School of Law and Universidad Antonio de Nebrija.
Diploma from the Academy of European Public Law.
Degree in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
