Lexi Tartaglio is an attorney in Buchalter's Scottsdale office and a member of both the Real Estate and Commercial Finance practice groups. Lexi represents lenders, developers, real estate investment trusts and corporations with all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and commercial financing. Her real estate experience involves conducting in-depth due diligence for real estate transactions and review of complex title issues for both individual locations and multi-site portfolio dispositions and acquisitions.

Lexi's commercial finance work includes representing clients in secured and unsecured commercial loan and credit transactions, with a focus on real estate secured financing, acquisition financing, and asset-based financing. She also has experience with forbearances and other non-bankruptcy workouts.
