Based in Leeds, I work nationally as part of the corporate restructuring and advisory team at Shoosmiths which provides the full spectrum of business restructuring and insolvency related matters across all sectors.

I personally specialise in dealing with a variety of restructuring transactions from a real estate perspective and collaborate with other market leading teams across Shoosmiths (such as corporate, banking and finance, real estate, employment & immigration, dispute resolution & litigation and tax) and also alongside professional advisors outside of Shoosmiths who operate in the market locally and nationally.

I also provide focused support to the Shoosmiths corporate team on real estate elements of demanding transactions and have broad experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, particularly development and  landlord and tenant work - both regionally and nationally - with clients ranging from investors, corporate occupiers, real estate developers and high net worth individuals.
