Profile
León Vidaller is a senior associate in the Criminal Law practice area.
He has extensive experience in criminal defense and prosecution for all types of crimes and in all sorts of proceedings, at all instances and stages at the major courts of justice, defending the interests of both individuals and legal entities.
León provides advice on conducting corporate internal investigations at multinationals, in a wide range of industry sectors with implications in various jurisdictions, provides legal assessment to companies on regulatory investigations being conducted by national and international regulatory and governmental institutions and provides legal advice and representation in Congressional investigations.
He also provides advice in connection with all sorts of international judicial assistance procedures, extradition proceedings and letters rogatory, as well as in relation to international and European arrest warrants.
León takes part in providing legal advice on regulatory compliance and on the design, implementation and update of corporate compliance programs. He also defends companies before the courts of justice in connection with the criminal liability of legal entities.
He has been collaborating in the teaching of Criminal Litigation on the Official Master's Degree for Admission to the Bar at Universidad Pontificia Comillas - ICADE since 2016.
He has also been working as a volunteer in lecturing at the Know your laws and Training for immigrants in constitutional values programmes organized by the Immigrant Participation and Integration Centers (CEPI) of the Department of Family, Youth and Social Policy of the Community of Madrid since 2016.
León is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
