Lee is a corporate lawyer who advises clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic corporate and commercial transactions, venture capital and private equity financings, and other general corporate and securities matters. His experience spans a multitude of industries, including technology, professional services (particularly accounting firms), energy and oilfield services and equipment, nuclear disposal and storage, waste management and transportation, food manufacturing and packaging, and consumer and retail.
