Lauri advises both creditors and debtors in banking and finance related matters. He has extensive experience in advising clients in domestic and cross-border transactions within the fields of finance and debt capital markets, including acquisition financing, infrastructure and project financing, real estate financing as well as corporate lending and financial restructuring.
